Deleting/resetting Spotware demo account

I'm using a Spotware Demo account on cTrader for learning trading.
A quick question I had was whether it's possible to reset the account or even delete it to create a new one. If I go to the cTrader panel where you manage you accounts: https://id.ctrader.com/my/settings/accounts Deleting the demo account states I need to contact Spotware. Is there an easier way to delete / reset the account that I'm just missing?
I understand that I can add/withdraw funds from the demo account to adjust the balance, but I would like to completely reset/delete as I'm trying out different strategies, from a clean slate.
