The Installer Does not Start

I have downloaded the installer to my pc but when I click on it, it doesn't do anything, it doesn't work and it installs in windows 10. I already disabled antivirus but it doesn't work either.

I have this same issue. Click the downloaded install link and it doesn’t even open. Cannot get ctrader on my windows 10 laptop at all now
