Issues with email notification

Hi, after since the update, I have not receive any email notification from my indicators. It was working fine before the update. Please help. I am using hotmail.

I have also use the Ctrader email set up tester, it came out with the error "Timeout. The SMTP server has unexpectedly disconnected."

Current version is 4.4.23.

Hi there,

Are you sure this is not an issue with your SMTP server? Did you try a different one? Do you still have problems?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

So far I have tried hotmail and yahoo. None of them work apparently. 

For outlook/hotmail, my SMTP settings are:

smtp.office365.com

port: 587

yahoo: 

smtp.mail.yahoo.com

port: 587

It was working fine with outlook/hotmail for months. Nothing was wrong until the recent update. I have created a yahoo make with it and isnt working too.

Hi, I also has the same issue when using port 587 after the recent update. I changed the port to 465 and it now works fine when using the gmail smtp server.
