Please help, cannot install Ctrader new version; old one gives connection problem

Please help, cannot install Ctrader new version; old one gives connection problem

while installing this error appears on launch, i have tried everything, installed .net and Vc frameworks and all related service packs for windows, the windows shows .net framework and the others softwares that use it seem to work fine,
