Templates and Fibo Problem

I get a new account from FTMO every month. Then after I enter the data and start cTrader, the following happens.
All my settings including the templates are gone.

What ideas do you have on how to get my templates back.
Maybe a place to save the templates to import them somehow.

Then still that I draw in zb the Fibo, remains the stand but the chart can be moved. Fibos thereby at the moment difficult to handle. .

Then disappear with different chart settings depending on when you move the chart, the fibo lines start to blink. Move a bit then it works again.
