Account not assigned to my broker

Hi,
i have multiple broker accounts in my cTrader Plattform.
But there is ona account where my broker says it is not assigned to them.
The problem now is that this was the only account i could select for receiving fees for my strategies. So now there is money on it, but i can not withdraw it and i don´t can contact Spotware!!!
My broker says i should contact Spotware and Spotware says i should go to this forum ! WT....
In my CTID Profile there are only 3 accounts marked as live even i have much more Real/Live accounts.

You can check to which broker the account is assigned to in the cTrader ID site.
