Cannot log into 4.1 for a few days now. Tried a clean install and now cannot rollback.

Cannot log into 4.1 for a few days now. Had to clean install and now cannot rollback to 4.1 as it seems the link in toubleshooting no longer works. Please help ASAP as newer versions crash.
