Ctrader crash at start

i were on ctrader 4.1 which were work. I am under windows 7.

i tried to install the new version of Ctrader downloaded here (4.5), it crashes at start: Same in administrator mode.

i tried to install the FxPro version of ctrader (4.4). It start, but algohost.exe crash when i try to build any bot. If i use Visual studio, it is building infinitivly ! , and i must kill the process of visual studio to stop it.

what can i do ? I am very confused and i am stuck :(
