Position & pending was not excecute

I use grid system. I have exist positions(with TP) and pending. see picture

Graph is pass my position & pending but sell position was not TP & pending was not open(I have label number to manage order It is between 392-389 that not excecute)

And I draw the yellow line that it should open & TP for me 11 times!  I see like this many times when graph is swing but the system decrease my equity.
