Bar Chat not showing for LIVE chart or Backtesting Chart

Bar Chat not showing for LIVE chart or Backtesting Chart

Hi,

I am trying to test my bot in CTrader and once the backtest is finished I can normally click the trade and it takes me to the point in time on the chart, showing the trade and the bars. For some reason there are no bars showing on the chart for backtesting or if i click onto the live chart? Am I doing something wrong? I have tried uninstalling CTrader and installing it again but I still cant see any bars.
