How do I change my email address in app?

How do I change my email address  in cTrader windows 10? I entered an initially incorrect email. Reinstalling the cTrader didn't help.

What to do?

You can change your email address on the ID site.

Hello

I tried few times to change my email, and I got a msg that a confirmation will be sent on my old email, but nothing has arrived, not even as spam.
