backtest visual mode and background mode got different result?

backtest visual mode and background mode got different result?

with the same parameter why i get the different result

for example 

when i run background mode bot stop on 12 February 2013 with negative equity.

so then i run by visual mode on the same time there are still profit.

what is miss?
