Show candle prices by ask or bid price ?

Show candle prices by ask or bid price ?

Question is in Ctrader can I select if the chart is drawn based upon ask price ? 

 

Apparently TradingView draws candles based on bid price.

Had a forex sell order with SL and TP.

With price going in TP direction, I was in a normal situation where my stop loss is above the candles. Yet stop loss was executed because apparently of a time of widening spread ( news event) .  My stop got called because it was the ASK price that hit the STOP.  Yet the TradingView candle does not show the candle hitting  the  STOP price, because apparently TradingView draws charts by BID price.

 

So I was wondering can I display chart candles  based on ASK price ?

Hi webkinson,

There is no such option at the moment. However you can set your SL to be triggered by the opposite price if you wish.
