Indicators are not showing up in the new version

I have the same problem in the backtesting section of Automate on version 4.2.17. The indicators show up on the Trade section and on the main chart in Automate but they are no longer displayed on the Backtesting tab. I have re-run the back test and they still don't display even though they are listed in the object manager.

This shows the indicators that should be on screen... including the MACD Crossover that is blank. It was working without a problem until teh most recent update.

Indicators not displaying after last update !!

Hi ,

I have Awesome Indicator , Welles  Wilder 850 MA , Welles Wilder 500 MA and Triangular 850 MA 
attached as default on my default template.

After the last update ,  Awesome comes as blank , no bars

Welles Wilder 850 and 500 MA not displayed.

Only Triangular 850 MA is displayed.

This all happened after the last upgrade.

Need urgent info or a patch for the problem pls.

Indicators not displaying

I have the same problem after installing the new update today from icmarkets.

I have restarted my computer, downloaded new indicators from ctrader and also click algo and still no difference? If I try to load a template or Indicator from list all indicators do not show. All indicators were displaying fine and working prior to the new update.

Indicators not displaying

Same for me with the EMA, but i have also other bugs since i done the update ...
Chart time cannot be selected, zoom not available, when i test moving my chart it moves inconsistently and immediately sends me back to 2013 (???)

How to go back to the previous version please ???

Indicators Doesn't Show Up

Hi indicators are not showing up after the last update..I'm hoping this will be resolved quickly because I rely heavily on indicators in my trading. Thank You!

Same here. Most indicators aren't showing on the charts.

I've submitted a technical report through cTrader and have emailed PanagiotisCharalampous a video capture showing how we try to add indicators and nothing shows on the charts over the weekend when markets are closed.

So are you saying from now on because of the new update we will have no historical indicator data in the weekends? Will we have to wait for the markets to open?

Solution is simple

İndicators  were not working after last update on my pc.

i simply uninstalled ctrader on my pc

Downloaded version 4.3 direct from spotware website.

Logged into the ctrader with my credentials

Charts and everything came back 100% working.

Everything works fine for now.

Hi pls install ctrader from Spotware website.

Pls see comment above yours. I did this and logged in as normal and all charts are back to normal.

The same problem here. All indicators worked after update, but it was very slow to appear on the screen when I changing time frame. And this weekend all indicators completely stopped working. And I use only 1 moving average.

Can you still access your live broker accounts with the version from Spotware ? When I have done this in the past I’ve been limited to a demo account

I use ICMARKETS broker and live account works on Spotware version. At least on the weekends. Market not open yet so I cant test if I can open order.
