Unable to open new Charts

Hello,

I have an issue since cTrader 4.1. In version 4.1, I got the error message that "The Maximum number of charts has been reached", something along these lines. In version 4.2, I don't get an error anymore, but nothing happens.

The Issue:

I can't open new charts from the "All Symbols" tab when double clicking on a symbol. However, I can open new charts by double clicking on a symbol from the "Watchlists" tab. 

Needles to say, I have tried to close all but one charts. It still doesn't work.

I can still open a chart from the All Symbols by right clicking on a symbol and selecting open chart.

If I restart cTrader, the issue is not there anymore, but it will reappear every time. I don't know which is the breaking point for this issue.
