Unable to open cTrader

I have downloaded latest version of .NET 4.8 and still giving following error.

Failed to find .NET Runtime ?

Does anyone knows how to resolve this?

Failed to find .NET Runtime

There was an update on cTrader and after that it did not open.

I do use windows 7 and .NET framework I had 3.5 & I tried using 4.5.2.

Only reason I can think of is that the latest version of .NET does not work on windows 7 therefore cTrader cannot find it.

Could not find option to attach it seems.
