no candle is seen in the pip chart Re1 to Re10

Hello
In C-Trader Desktop, no candle is seen in the pip chart or Re1 to Re10.
Loading the chart and restarting the platform did not solve the problem.
This is a problem for some currency pairs, such as the Euro / USD

Where does the problem come from and what is the solution?

Hi mh17462,

It seems like an issue with your broker's price feed that does not allow renko charts to be drawn. You should contact your broker to check this.
