What is prohibiting you from creating a demo account? Did you contact your broker?

Hello, My first step is I register (the system sees me),
I click "Demo Account", then "Create Demo Account", go to the page https://direct.fxpro.group/en/login, I enter the same username and password as for the system ,
I get the answer "Login failed. Check your email and password. You have 9 attempts remaining."
What am I doing wrong?
Demo Account can be without a broker?

I did it in a strange way
I created a live account, logged in, then created a demo account in the system
Now I use demo account

You have to contact your broker, and if your account is from Spotware beta demo then we can do it for you.
