Losing but trade is in profit

Hey guys, i want to ask you something. I calculate my risk with other costs and i manage to keep it on 1% risk with all expenses.I made an example where I placed my stoploss on 5 pips, so i risk 1% in 5pips and i saw that when the market trigger my SL i lost more than 1% (I lost for 2%+ of my balance). Then i saw that when my trade is in profit like 1-2pips my account is still in red like 0.2%-0.5% of my capital and when my winner trade go to 5pip the profit is smaller than 1% (something like 0.5%). I don't know why is this happening maybe there is something i don't know.  Maybe this question isn't for here but can someone help me why is this happening. I know that if i risk 1 lot or 10$ per trade then 1 pip is equal on 10$ that means i have to lose 10$ or win 10$ when i am in lossing 1pip or i am winning 1 pip.  Thanks
