Cannot Start Application

Suddenyl today I cannot open my ctrader with both Ic markets and Pepperstone.Please see screen shot below:

I have not actively changed anything since yesterday, when it was working just fine. There has been a windows update however.

I have tried disabling my antivirus and VPN, did not help. I even tried a system restore - no help either.

Is this affecting anyone else?
