symbol info export for all symbols

Hi All,

I would like to export the symbol info export for all symbols (including quote asset, description, lot size, commission,FIX symbol ID, etc...).

I am using FIX protocol, and FIX cannot handly this type of query. 

What is the best way to do this?

Is there a free application that could do this?
