Chart is frozen, candles not moving

Chart is frozen, candles not moving

I am using cTrader desktop. On the chart, Bid/Ask lines are moving but candles are frozen.  

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz   3.00 GHz

My Graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics.

Many previous posts said this problem is with Intel Iris graphics, but mine is Intel UHD. 

When I click Update drivers, it says, they are already updated.

There is only one Graphics card Intel UHD in my laptop, there is no NVIDIA or anything else.
