Ctrader linked account not showing

I am using ctrader from last 3-4 years and its very impressive .

Today I opened new ctrader account with my broker icmarkets(I have already some ctrader accounts with them before )but I couldn't see my new account on ctrader app.

I have tried to logout but still unable to trace new account old accounts are visable .

 

Anybody help

Hi urai2020,

You need to check with IC Markets if this account has been linked to the correct cTrader ID.
