New Market Order dialog jumps into unmanageable screen position

When I call the New Market Order dialog, shortly after cTrader release 4.1 the dialog jumps into a screen position where its upper part is hidden making it impossible to draw the dialog into a better position or even to close the window after entering some data.

I work with two cTrader instances on a desktop computer using three screens to manage 40 charts. Only one instance has developed this faulty behavior while the other works fine. Please help me find a solution, or correct the bug if there is any.

Thank you for your help, Panagiotis! I followed your instructions and was able to reinstall cTrader. After creating two additional instances using the Multiple Profiles option, I loaded their respective workspaces and was glad to see that the problem was solved. Thumbs up!
