Chart Flaw

When switching between time frame, sometimes the chart history doesnt show fully as you can see in the capture, I can't move backward. refreshing doesnt help. The only thing I can do is zoom out the chart so that I can mvove backward the chart to engage the history to be loaded. It's happended for years but isn't fixed yet.
