Chart Problem

Hi everyone,

When I try to drag the chart wanting to make the candles bigger, or go to the past, or anything at all regarding to changing the chart as zoom in or zoom out it doesn't work. Verticaly or horizontaly the chart always remain the same. The time and the price is moving but the chart remains always the same.

I would appreciate a lot if someone could help me with it. Thank you so much in advance.
