Scrolling bug

I can't scroll chart using mouse drag/scroll button or keyboard if scroll control is not visible.

Hi ctid4064603,

Drag the time counter and the scroll bar should appear.

Yes, I can also Zoom In chart. It's not blocking bug but it's annoying, when I have to Zoom In chart only to be able to scroll.
