Overpaying rebate on cTrader partner program

I'm an IB of cTrader partner program and there is an issue with the rebate.

If you set 100% on the rebate percentage, sometimes it will exceed the amount you actually recieve.

It might have something to do with the pair but I'd like to rebate 100% of the comission I actually receive if I set it to do so.
