Charts freeze at interaction

Charts freeze at interaction

Hello,

I installed cTrader on a new computer and now the charts no longer work.

When I click and drag the grid moves (including Bid/Ask lines), but price bars/candles freeze and stop updating.
I already removed all indicators, removed workspaces etc. but it still gives me the same problem. I also reinstalled the client multiple times but this doesn't fix it. CTrader Web works fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Below I added an example. I clicked and draged on the chart and immediately the candles freeze, only the the grid and Bid/Ask are able to move.

Hi rjonas,

Do you have an Intel Iris graphics card? There is an issue with it that has been reported many times but it seems to be the drivers issue.

Thank you for your answer. I indeed do have Intel Iris graphics... So this basically means I will have to wait for a driver update and use cTrader Web in the meanwhile. Or is there a known fix?

There is no known workaround at the moment unfortunately.
