Drawings disappear

I spend so much time analizing the chart, drawing, and suddenly everything disappears. All my drawings disappear. In both, cTrader web and Desktop. It is not hidden. Just gone. This is happening all the time. That's so frustrating.

If there are steps to reproduce this behavior or if you can record this on a video, it would be helpful to investigate further.
