Server side stop order placement

Hello, 

I am placing stop orders nearly daily. I may need to be disconnected from the internet from time to time during trading hours. What happens if my computer is on the internet and stop orders are in place on my cBot but then the computer goes off the internet? Are Stop orders sent to the server as soon as they are placed or only when price is hit client side?
