Ctrader 4.0 - Crosshair keyboard shortcut

New Ctrader Desktop 4.0-Why did the crosshair keyboard shortcut option disappear?
The middle mouse button doesn't work for me. Thanks

Same im using a mac magic mouse so has no scroll wheel, i always used CMD+C as a shortcut to access the crosshair. But now i cant even change my mouse hotkeys, it doesnt let me change it. Dunno why
