Unable to launch the ctrader application on Desktop

Hi,
Can anyone please help on below (when I opened it had an automatic update the application failed to launch).

Yes I did - when I installed from Fxpro it worked for me and when I am trying to do with IC markets as a broker it is not working for me

For IC Market - it did not install for me and same error was popped up when I downloaded from their website.
From FxPro installation was completed successfully (working fine by logging in) and before downloading from IC market I did clean uninstall FxPro ctrader and tried IC market and it failed by showing below error.
