Problem with loading my saved templates

Problem with loading my saved templates

Greetings,

 

Yesterday ic Markets just updated to cTrader desktop  4.0.7

I only changed the color of my sma 200 a bit and saved my template in ic Markets new cTrader 4.0.7.

Today when I wanted to load the template with TopFX cTrader 4.0 I get an error. It won't load it.

Before this, every template I saved or changed with ic Markets cTrader 3.8 I can load with TopFX cTrader 4.0

 

It is very very disturbing that I will have to create my templates from scratch all over if they are saved in ic Markets cTrader again or change/save them only in TopFX cTrader 4.0 .  This is the only way I can use them also with ic Markets new cTrader 4.0.7

Note, that TopFX has the new cTrader4.0 already from 4 March 2021 - 13 days.

Hi Professional,

TopFX is still in version 4.0.5. You need to wait for version 4.0.7 to be deployed to TopFX as well.
