Hotkeys on CTrader

Hi,

I was wondering if it it possible to change some Hotkeys on cTrader or even add some Hotkeys for some tools!

What I am talking about is:

First,

The scroll button on the mouse when used on Ctrader, it scrolls the chart back and forward. Now in the Hotkeys settings, there is the possibility to change but it is disabled. I would like to use the scroll button to zoom in and out the chart. Is that possible? How could it be done please?

Second, 

I do use Fibonacci tools in my work a lot, and I was wondering if it is possible to add these tools on the Hotkeys, for instance, I would set "R" for the Retracement tool or "E" for the Expansion tool. Could this be done? If so, How please?
