Sinchronise Multiple Charts

Provide a bot or switch which since all charts open. This will work with the crosshair sinc bot and put the crosshair at the same time position in every chart.

This is critically important for chart analysis. Currently the charts have to be moved individually every time the croshair goes over the border.
