You can already modify stop losses and take profits by dragging it on the chart.

  1. Move your mouse over the Position line.
  2. Click and drag the Stop Loss or Take Profit to the rate you want.
  3. You will receive a confirmation of your order changes in the top right of your screen.

To scalper is not easy as you have configured your. 
It is very comfortable to operate in this way. it's just a suggestion.

Unfortunately, we cannot understand what is a difference. Could you please clarify what you mean? What is TF on your picture?

You can specify SL and TP levels by dragging SL and TP boxes:

For scalping purposes you can also use Quick Trade Execution Settings:

They mistook mentally, TF is wrong is TP. 
  clarified, looking for it. 
You have to disable crosshair to modify SL. TP. in the chart. 
Please, enable, QuickTrade execution setting. in your right hand up the chart.
