Create new order window freezes in latest version of Ctrader

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue. Please try specify the scenario.

This happens when right click and select new order. Similar issues with modifying existing position for Calgo. I use windows 8.1, the problem started after latest update of the software last week.

The issue is caused by USB display adapter used to connect additional monitor. Making display connected through USB display adapter as main display seem to resolve the issue.
