Extra timeframes availability

Hi, I have a cTrader web account with my broker, however the new timeframes that you recently introduced such as the 3h, 6h & 8h are not showing - is this something I should to take up with my broker or with you?

cTrader Web does not support the new timeframes yet. We will implement these in the future.

Ah that's such a shame. Can I ask why the new improvements aren't given to people using the web-version?

It feels a bit like users of cTrader web are being left behind with a 2nd class version. I hope the new improvements will at least be implemented soon.
