ctrader platform in not working properly

Platform is working fine with my lenovo thinkpad but when i want to use it in my asus zenbook ux325ea 11 gen then its creating problem. in my zenbook ctrader web platform working fine but ctrader desktop is not working properly. after open ctrader desktop in my zenbook indicators is not visible and when i scrol the chart to see the previous candles it doesn't show those candles. when i change the timeframe it stucked in previous time frame. using fxpro ctrader. need your support eagerly.

I’m the same as your computer, I can only use it by disabling the laptop’s graphics card, but playing games like that is very stuck and can’t run
