Bug: Use of Advanced Stop Loss

Hi.

Has anyone noticed that stop loss disappears ( instead of moving it to break even ), when stop loss is supposed to get moved. In my case it is supposed to get set to 0 pips, but it disappears instead.

I don't know the steps to reproduce the behaviour, but the trigger is 17.9 pips, and break even is 0 pips.

I think it is when you use a decimal. I'm not sure... If I'm not wrong, it doesn't happen all the time. :)

Has anybody fixed this? It doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. :)

Maybe it would be an idea to at least program the function to set stop loss to 0 pips, if it disappears, as a limit. :D

It's dangerous to have the stop loss to disappear. Secure the function... :P

Unfortunately we will need more information in order reproduce this issue and fix it. For example, could you record a video demonstrating such a case?

Hi.

The stop loss gets unchecked, when it happens. I receive a message that the stop loss has been moved, but it disappears instead.

There's nothing more to it really...

Sometimes it works, and sometimes not.

I use Parallels Desktop on my Mac to run Windows. Maybe there is an internet or software response issue?

The same just happened to me, see journal:

Hi there,

The journal indicates that the SL is removed but it does not say what action caused this happen. It could be caused by an action you took. Can you record a video showing that the SL is changed without any user intervention?
