Why can't I see the spread on the normal symbol list?

Also, why can't I sort that list in any way?

Finally, if I'm forced to only be able to sort the favorites list, why can't I choose the layout?

In other words, I only want to see the symbols I want to see and I only want to see bid/ask/last/spread for those symbols.
