10 Gap In Data Won't Update or Refresh?

Hello
I have 10 years of missing data that won't update or right click > refresh?
I thought it might be the brokers data feed issue. But the missing data is as recent as last year. 2010-2019
Any suggestions?

The price feed is a responsibility of the broker. Please contact Pepperstone regarding this issue.
