Select Instrument From Watch List To Update Multiple Linked Charts?

Hello

If I have multiple charts linked to the same instrument.
Is it possible to update those linked charts from the watch list?
So the instrument I click on in the watch list, becomes the instrument is displayed in the linked charts?

I realize how this is done from a Tab, it just seems like a lot unnecessary extra clicks when the watch list is already open.

Or alternatively hot keys for changing selected instrument by scrolling through favorites, similar to scrolling through time frames?
