optimization on AMD Epyc

Hello,

I read in the forum they was issues with optimization on AMD epyc processors , since I would like to rent one server for optimize I ask if this issues are solved.

I remember was about the optimizer not using all available cpu on cores I do a test last month and in fact the core were used around 10 to 20% each , the os was in the first case win server 2016 and second test windows 2019
