How do I enable Ninjatrader access to my Ctrader accounts ?

How do I enable Ninjatrader access to my Ctrader accounts ?

Hi I'm trying to connect Ninjatrader to Ctrader

and keep on getting an error
no support account were found login failed 
I have contacted  Ninjatrader  and the response was 

Thank you very much for sending the log & trace files over! Based on this information looking at the error message it seems that two account are listed as a netting account but needs to be enabled by CTrader to ensure you can sign into this account using the NinjaTrader Platform. 
contact CTrader to ensure this account is enabled for NinjaTrader, you should then be able to sign-on without further issues.

Hi mcm187,

There is no such thing as enabling an account for NinjaTrader. As far as I know, NinjaTrader supports only netting accounts. If you have a netting account but you cannot see it in NinjaTrader, then you need to talk with NinjaTrader. There is nothing we can do on our side.
