Horizontal Line Labels flashing in v3.8

all labels of horizonal lines placed on the chart are flashing as the price moves. They all appear and disappear synchronously. Changing of the chart scale has no effect on it (i use 90% scale but the same issue appears on 100% as well)

Hi Panagiotis,

I further tested the issue and found out that it disappears when I use a fresh new and empty chart. So it is most likely caused by one of the indicators i use.
