Reliable Broker?

Hi guys,

I am a beginning trader and want to open an account at a broker for around 300 euro to start with. Can anybody recommend any?

There are so many reviews, good ones but also very bad ones, and this confuses me a little. So far I mostly looked at reviews on www.forexpeacearmy.com but even the highly rated brokers have quite some unreliable review. And reliability of a broker is most important to me.

Just curious to your experiences :)
