Can an STP/ECN broker manipulate prices on their own and affect the trading via desktop?

I was reading in a forum thant Metatrader has a plugin where the broker can manipulate the price from their side, not talking about price from liquitidy providers, I talk about where example price went up to 1.1100, but they set it up to 1.1105 to clear stops.

Can this happen in cTrader services?

Example, this client has a very big lot size, let's move the price a little bit to clear his stops. Is it possible?
