How many requests can I send per second?

Dear members

I hope you are doing well

I would like to ask you:

How many "Open Trade" requests can I send per second, minute, hour, day and month respecting the servers using a cBot?

This cBot is not a auto trade robot but a tool that sends a lot of messages per second.
